Default Who was that guy?

I'm trying, and failing, to remember the tag of the guy who set up a non-fiction blog. I think he was based in Brighton and organised some writing events in strange locations in Brighton. I'm really chasing a story I wrote that he published very early on, but he was a member here and I thought it'd be the easiest route.

Thanks, amner, I was doing a scan through the membership, but I gave up before I reached the Ws.

Yes, thanks, Col. Using amner's pointer, I got that far, but not all the stories on the original unmadeup blog (he re-based it) got through to the current blog, and the original blog (an ns blog) has disappeared, along with all the other ns blogs. I'll email him and see if he still has a copy, otherwise I can just write it again.

I'm pretty fit, considering. Kinda retired but haven't entirely stopped work. A bit like being unemployed, really, except that I do a lot of house / plumbing / computer repairs that I would have subcontracted when I was in near full-time employment.
