Couldn't agree more Gil, I love "Gravity" especially in the car, it just seems to me to be a driving track.

Anybody heard anything by The Low Anthem? I'm getting hooked.

You can stream their first album and five tracks from their latest album here.

And the video to Charlie Darwin is a treat. Enjoy.

Noice!

This morning, purely at Spotify's recommendation, I'm listening to the Greatest Hits of Skunk Anansi, about whom I'd completely forgotten. A shame, really: I Can Dream, for instance, was a cracker, I thought.

The third album from Eagles of Death Metal which reminds me of The Rolling Stones crossed with The White Stripes!

Having enjoyed last week's Later quite a lot, I've been listening this morning and last night to Steve Martin's banjo album The Crow (Spotify, Last.FM) and also the magnificent Black Joe Lewis And The Honeybears. (launch the Jukebox)

...Good upbeat stuff.

I have belatedly become addicted to The Flaming Lips- I can't understand how come I haven't encountered them before- and as well as adding most of their back catalogue to my Amazon wish list, I'm Spotifying to my heart's content.
