I don't know how I missed this. Sam Cooke's classic civil rights anthem 'A Change is Gonna Come' performed at Obama's inauguration concert by ...............................?!

...

From the same concert, this is pretty amazing. Pete Seeger is 89 years old. He saw the depression, he played with Woody Guthrie, he was blacklisted under McCarthy, now he's singing at the inauguration party of the first black president.

I am truly shocked at that. Good grief, that's despicable. I suppose the most charitable interpretation I can come up with is that the cartoonist views the bill as a crazed act. Surely that's it? Surely?

Obama's First 100 Days

DAY 10: Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Donovan wonders if they mean "urban" like "city" or "urban" like "black."

DAY 18: In one of many historic firsts, Barack Obama becomes the first black president to TiVo MythBusters.

DAY 28: Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner's wife has taken to calling him the Trillion Dollar Man during sex.

DAY 33: President Obama still hasn't updated his Twitter account, leaving millions of tweeple tweet-deprived for over a month.

Great stuff - the only thing I hate about those Onion videos is trying to watch, listen and read the ticker at the bottom all at the same time. Often the ticker has some of the funniest stuff, like this:

Never mind having to google Agpar Score while you're watching it.

Yeah... I wasn't sure whether to explain to non-parents what that was, or if that would dilute the effect of the gag...
