I think worst is too vague, 10 most stupid or pathetic or supposed to be funny but sad or supposed to be horror but funny or like a long video clip or plain kitch ...
In the pathetic section i wathced Instinc with Cuba Morning Junior and it was bad, very bad, about freedon and stuff. Pathetic exactly.
I keep thinking about Cuba Morning (what a name, and is there a senior somewhere) as a good actor and i really don't know why? He was incredibly bad, and then i tried to remember of a movie where he was good but could not find one.
In the video clip section, Tony Scott is the pro, all his last stuff are cut like adds or clip, get your eyeballs spastic.

And what about the movie from video games, say doom for exemple.

ST, not to be pedantic (but I sort of have to be to answer your question), it's Cuba Gooding, Jr., not Morning, and his dad, Cuba Gooding, Sr., was a member of the 70s soul group The Main Ingredient. Their big hit was Everybody Plays the Fool.

Besides that, no, Gooding, Jr. has never been good in anything, and I still hate him for stealing William H. Macy's Oscar, and Instinct was on cable over the weekend, and I almost watched it, but then I remembered that Cuba Gooding, Jr. was in it, so I decided not to.

It's a terrible film...and it has Antony Hopkins in it (who is rubbish in everything, and is preventing me from getting excited about The Wolfman). No-one should ever need to see Instinct.

Antony? Who are you, Gwyneth Paltrow?

And oh no he is not rubbish in everything. The Elephant Man? The Bounty? We can debate his acting since he became a superstar, but he does have some great performances in his past, at the very least. I know he's had some shit performances, too (he himself admits that he wasn't any good in Meet Joe Black and Legends of the Fall), but come on.

Maybe it was because of Gooding that i thought he was good, or the oscar but now there is no coming back.
And there was Donald Sutherland too, whom i like a lot but i know he has a habbit of bad movie casting, like Denis Hopper.
I like them even more for that.

SA3Megalodon is awful, but like Bill, I'm prepared to give it a pass because it's just so funny (and the humour is definitely involuntary; there are jokes in it, which are supremely unfunny, but it's when the movie tries to be scary or raunchy that you'll end up rupturing something.) If you want to go with awful shark movies, Great White (AKA The Last Shark) is probably a better bet; it's an almost scene-for-scene ripoff of Jaws, except much worse, and with all the scenes slightly out of order so that there's never any build-up, just a long dire collection of random people getting killed by spliced-in nature films.

As for the Empire list, I wouldn't even bother listing it in the worst 10 lists ever.

ETA: and if we're only going to go with movies from the last 10 years - where's the remake of The Wicker Man on that list?

Well, I can do a passable British accent.

Fair play, bill, I was being too harsh, and I'll give you The Elephant Man. These days though...sheesh.

I think what's happened to Hopkins is the same thing that's happened to Jack Nicholson. People want him to play a certain type, and they want him to be big, all the time. Every so often, Nicholson gets a script, or agrees to do a script, that plays to his strengths more than a caricature, and Hopkins needs to work with more people who have seen The Elephant Man, and who know what he's capable of.

Or he steps completely out of his usual comfort zone and plays a refreshingly unique character, like in About Schmidt.

That's the sort of movie I meant, Paul. In the 70s, a movie like About Schmidt wouldn't have been considered so out of line for Nicholson. Of course, he would have been too young for the part, but look at the variety of work he did then. The Shining -- a masterpiece, understand -- and Batman almost ruined him, though.
