hmmmmm....

back on the thread, how about:

Wake up. Get up. Get shower. Get breakfast. Brush teeth. Brush hair. Get coat. Get going. Get bus. Work. Get coffee. Work. Get lunch. Work. Get coffee. Work. Get coat. Get going. Get bus. Get home. Get dinner. Get bored of the box. Get tired. Get off to bed. Sleep.

A brief glimpse into Nathan's steam-of-consciousness perhaps? Apart from 'work', obviously. :D

amner - it's probably more my stream rather than Nathan's, though there is undoubtedly a lot of me in Nathan and vice versa. The difference being a couple more miles on the clock and as you said, he doesn't have to work. Bastard!

BIG welcome to the exile. Anyone who writes a mini-saga, as their first post gets my approval. Look forward to seeing more of you.

He ventured out into the vast silence.

Fucking hell. Forgot my fags...

He could leave them behind, just as he could leave behind him his entire life up until this very moment. He inhaled the fresh night air and hurled himself into the strange abyss. It swallowed him whole.

(not sure if it's 50. Will try another soon.)

The drunk lay crumpled on the paving.
Peter looked at Michael quizzically.
"How did you convince him he could fly ?", he asked.
"told him I'd done it hundreds of times, then I showed him".
"He followed you?".
"Yep",said Michael.
"You know", said Peter,"for an archangel, you're a swine!".

Right, now Bakunin has started us off with a new competition, I think it's time we brought this one to a conclusion.

At the moment, votes cast give columbianus Rex one vote and Johnny one vote.

I'm chucking a vote in for Notty's Viking effort, so that's one for him.

Any more votes?

I was also tempted by the Viking one but my vote's going with the exile's latest foray into subversive angel-dom.
