Default Haiku Story II

Following on from this previous attempt, let's write a story in haiku.

One haiku at a time, each should follow on from each other to form a collaborative story.

Quote:
She brought me a cup
Of tea, spilling it on my
Lap, purposefully.

I will stock up in Autumn
Read in the Winter

Never mind, bak, we can do what we did last time...

Quote:
She brought me a cup
Of tea, spilling it on my
Lap, purposefully.

"An old book squirrel
I will stock up in Autumn
Read in the Winter"

I thought, trying to
Ignore the burning feeling
In my now damp groin.

It's amazing how pain,
Often brings inspiration
Pleasure never does

"Quick!" I yell. "A pen!"
For my scolded crotch demands
That I write some verse.

She'll like that one.

"'Hmmm?" she hummed, one eye
On the telly, absently
Flicking the paper.

Her accuracy
Was such that each air-borne shred
Landed in the bin.
EDIT: Looks like I killed the last one, don't let it happen again! EDIT EDIT: What a stupid thing to say THAT was.

My talent's wasted:
Ripped on, or gone unnoticed.
Love's a harsh critic...
