You should just join in a game. Seriously, you'll soon pick it up.

I think I've just been knocked down by a car, fallen into a coma, woke up in 1973 and I'm standing by my printing press listening to the radio that for some reason could only pick up Radio 4. I'm sorry, I'll read that again...

I think I've just been knocked...

ah, memories.

One of lifes' major travesties. Willie Rushton on Celebrity Squares!!??

This section of the Encyclopaedia Morningtoniana gives a reasonable outline of the various rulesets.

I have made numerous contributions to the Encyclopaedia, notably in the Ghost Stations department. You may also like to play, as an exercise, this bagatelle of a Mornington Crescent game that I wrote in 1997.

I may be lost in the Encyclopaedia for ever...I'd advise everyone to try the linked game, it's excellent, and really is all the explanation you'll ever need.

I won in 8, by the way.

Series 50 started last night...gloriously repeated on Listen Again! Hurrah!

Rob Brydon singing Who Do You Think You Are Kidding, Mr Hitler to the tune of It's Yesterday Once More is simply genius.

Oh no! I missed that - turned off at the start of that round as I pulled up in the drive, and Radio 4 signal in the kitchen is shite so didn't hear any more. Poo.

I'm listening at the moment.

"I've just remembered that we've been feng shui-ed. An expert came into the studio and improved the atmosphere by rearranging all the chairs. Sadly, the team noticed this and put them back in front of the microphones."
