What cities did you visit last year?
My list is depressingly parochial, and short: Norwich Peterborough London Cambridge Chester Amsterdam York Bristol Birmingham And in the rough order than I visited them.

Paris
Cambridge (just a few hours) Birmingham (just a few hours) Winchester London (just a few hours) Belgrade Oxford (just a few hours) Poole (just a few hours) Strasbourg (often) Stuttgart (often) Ljubljana (just a few hours) Trogir (Croatia) Split (Croatia, just a few hours) Trieste Innsbruck Baden Baden (often) Konstanz (2006) It's been an exceptionally rich year travel-wise, I doubt this one will be as exciting. |

hmmm... Where have I been....
Oxford, London, Bristol are regular visits. Reading also for friends. Plymouth and Edinburgh for the north and south of the island, and then New York and Boston for the furthest cities. |

It has a cathedral, it's a city - albeit a small one.
No, wait, am I right about this?! |

Chilli and amner, thanks for reminding me about Amsterdam and Norwich.
On cities and cathedrals, the rule is (I think) that every cathedral is in a city but not every city has a cathedral.
