We have what looks like the IDENTICAL clay pot - we've had it for, perhaps, 15 or 20 years. Greek Kleftiko made in this pot is also fantastic.

By the way, we don't bother with the vine cuttings or carob twigs, but we put cinnamon sticks in the pot, and a bit more wine than she specifies. In fact, we only read the recipe so we can decide what to ignore...

We always have the potatoes and sometimes carrots or parsnips, too. You cannot leave these out of the recipe.
