I had this problem until I remembered that MacOS separates print and page setup. Both should be under the File Menu but they are very different.

I noticed in Portugal they have the opposite scheme. If you exceed the speed limit, the next light goes red for you. Not that anyone really bothers with trifling conventions like red and green...
