May Falkin's The little fool

I am a fool, I must confess
When I said "no", I did mean "yes"
My heart so blind and careful locked,
my mind confused, my feelings blocked.

But now I see, what I must see;
I did not know my inner me.
And so afraid to lese control,
to lose myself, to lose it all.

I'm just so young and unaware,
so ignorant, I do not dare,
I cannot tell, I cannot say
what's in my heart day after day.

Look in my eyes and you will find
the little fool that was so blind.
So give me just a little time
to end this stupid senseless rhyme!
